I hope our wise & well worn Democratic leaders could stay forever. Thankful for their wisdom & comittment to carrying America on their shoulders, in the unbelievably threatening days & years since 2016.

Hakeem Jeffries is an admirable man & a strong, loyal Democratic leader for our future.

JFC.

Here's more we could attribute to Rep Jerry Nadler's long beneficial contributions to our country, other than "age, frailty & retirement"

Btw, he'll be Rep until 2023.
"Jerrold Nadler (Democratic Party) (also known as Jerry) is a member of the U.S. House, representing New York's 10th Congressional District. He assumed office on January 3, 2013. His current term ends on January 3, 2023."

"Nadler co-founded the House Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Equality Caucus. He authored two Congressional amicus briefs in the Supreme Court cases Obergefell v. Hodges and United States v. Windsor. Nadler is also a member of the House Pro-Choice Caucus, the Congressional Arts Caucus, and the Congressional Progressive Caucus.

Based on analysis of multiple outside rankings, Nadler is one of the most reliable Democratic votes, meaning he can be considered a safe vote for the Democratic Party in Congress.

WITH CREDS LIKE THIS, I HOPE HE NEVER RETIRES.
JERRY NADLER IS A GOOD MAN FOR AMERICA.

I hope he does.

I don't care what he's done in the past; if he's not up to the job now or in the future, I'd drop him without a tear shed. That's politics.

Are you under the impression that whomever replaces him would be less progressive?

This has zero to do with 'progressivism'.
I wish we had more Jerry Nadlers & less bullshitters.

Rep Nadler stands on his own credibility as one of our finest Democratic leaders.

Yes, I wish he would stay forever.

And I will always regret the outcome of it taking Chairman Nadler six months to get Wm Barr under oath.

I'm grateful for his service. But we can't let sentiment control our lot again.

Nadler is one of them, and so is Al Sharpton. I think it has to do with not working out and just losing weight.

Note: This is in no way a personal attack, I just think that they looked better heavy.
