Said Mike Evans, in a letter to Trump: “Please, I beg of you, don‘t put us in the position to choose between you and Bible land. There is no possibility you can win again if Bible-believing evangelicals see you as the ‘F–k Netanyahu’ president who considers Abbas a father-like figure and blames the State of Israel, and not the Palestinians, for not making peace.”

When people post that they don't understand how Evangelicals can support Trump despite the way he treats women, I say it's not despite, it's because of the way he treats women that they love him so. They are the American Taliban and if they had it their way, women would not be allowed to hold office, to vote, or to work. To Evangelicals, women belong at home to be the subject of whatever abuse and assault their owner (a man) feels like giving to them that moment.
