There is a snow blower shortage.

If you are needing a new snow blower, it is best you get it now. We needed a new snow blower and after being on a waiting list for a month are having it delivered today. The model we wanted was the only one they were able to get in and there is a widespread shortage of new machines.

The manufactures simply did not have enough parts to build them. And of course, they are costing more than they should.

In the mountains of northeast Pennsylvania, there are plenty of machines available at the local dealer as well as Home Depot and Loews among others.

These supply chain issues are baffling.

But the overall inventory is low. Toro is not manufacturing any more snow blowers this season because they don't have the parts,

electric powered and simple to store inside during the off season. We don't get that much snow anymore, but shoveling was getting to be a problem as I get older. I figure this unit was the best compromise.
