CAN'T let them be affordable. (Except for himself, and gov't employees/retirees like me, whose drug prices ARE negotiated by OPM.)

You can almost see his point when he talks about constituents who abuse drugs in the area, because that's a real problem. But, if he was worth his salt, you would see him work vigorously to work on lowering prices for them in every other way. And he has the negotiating power to do it, if his people mattered to him.
