I took grandson for 3rd Pfizer yesterday & was waiting alo day for them to text me a link for his check in. Then it dawned on me! Duh! Must sign up after each shot. So I did & thought maybe others might have forgotten or, as you said, maybe never knew of this program.

It literally takes less than a minute to complete tge check ins.

I had a few minor reactions the next day but that’s about it. Will my current status be useful to anyone else?

...or state Department of Public Health already have these data.
The CDC gets their data directly from counties or state offices.
Isn't this redundant?

...submitted by county boards of health. It's the same sources Worldometer & Johns-Hopkins uses.
And, at least here in Illinois, the counties keep records & submit to the state (IDPH).
When I got my booster the lady at CVS called me up on the computer to compare my card to their records. I got my first 2 shots in a different county, but she found my records.
Maybe all the states aren't the same.
