Chief Justice John Roberts has an approval rating

I cannot be the only one that must take a step back to come to the realization that a sitting judge on the Supreme Court, has an approval rating. Much less, that it is a positive one, to boot.
What the who ha?
This is the same judge that allowed the evisceration of the Voting Rights Act, with his blessing and gleeful approval?
The same over the removal of the right of privacy of a woman and her health issues and most definitely does not believe the 14th amendment applies to any female.
The bigger issue that is a cause for alarm, is the simple notion that our Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, has an approval rating.
Someone smarter than me can please tell me that this is not something that belongs exclusively to a fascist or authoritarian government system.

It’s simply a measure of how folks respond when asked about how they view a particular person or thing.

How could a public figure NOT have an approval rating? Are you saying that folks shouldn’t be asked whether or not they approve of Roberts? Or if they are asked, they should not answer?

You’ll be shocked to learn that before her death, Ruth Bader Ginsburg also had an approval rating.

Demonstrates clearly the rot that has infested our party, which needs to be purged out immediately.

Americans will typically give a favorable rating to someone they don't perceive as being overtly on the other side.

Of course, as Democrats, we'll have a dimmer view. Citizens United, the Voting Rights Act, etc. But the public also sees that he saved the ACA. And he frequently speaks out against partisanship, particularly taking slaps at Trump.

Since he's not perceived as super radical one way or another, people are content to generally just not think of him over much.
