The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said on Monday it was investigating nearly 70 cruise ships after reports of COVID-19 cases on board, as the Omicron variant upended holiday travel over the Christmas weekend.
The CDC said COVID-19 cases on 68 ships had met its threshold for an investigation.

it's like they are asking for Covid. just cannot wait to get on board and eat crappy food and visit exotic ports for 3 hours. fun!

(82,849 posts)It's not my cup of tea, but there are probably things I like that other people don't (they're wrong, of course). But right now, people should rethink it when they feel "I'm dying to go on a cruise ship."
