sooner than later. My booster was 12 weeks ago so my efficacy is waning, I think.

...therefore, what exactly is the upside you see in catching it now?

It's basically the DeSantis Florida model and all it did was add in thousands of more unnecessary deaths into the mix. Their terrible summer wave didn't prevent them from what is going to be a terrible winter wave.

As I said, getting COVID does not mean you won't get COVID again, so, why go with that model?

Instead, settle on whatever risk you are comfortable with and do what you can to meet that acceptable level of risk. If you are acceptable to getting infected with COVID, well, so be it; but don't do so under the assumption that once you get infected, you will be protected from there on out because (1) there is no guarantee there will be a "from there on out" since you could die from your initial infection and (2) you can still catch COVID again in the future, especially if random variants keep popping up.

Plus he only releases them once a week.
