his mother died on Dec 8 and he didn't even get to go to her funeral because he was on a vent.
He fought like hell but Covid fought harder.
unfortunately he was a fox lover and probably unvaxxed

(7,403 posts)That I didn't know very well passed away from Covid about 2 months ago. His losing battle lasted 13 weeks or just over 3 months. His family, in the obit, pleaded for people to get vaccinated so they don't have to go through this.

(4,906 posts)leaves a vast swath of guilt, anxiety, despair and debt for the survivors, medical personnel, coworkers, employers, neighbors.
It is so frigging SELFISH to bring down so many other people over a damned shot.
