Would a federal marijuana decriminalization bill receive 60 Yes votes in the US Senate?

I think every Dem would vote it except for possibly Manchin as I have no idea what he thinks about this.

So that leaves 10-11 Republicans needing to support the bill. Is that possible? I think there are enough Republicans who would support it if a Republican was President. I'm just not sure they would give Biden a legislative win of this nature, though.

All of the Libertarian-ish Repubs might vote to decriminalize it.

It still gives States the opportunity to pass their own laws so it keeps the anti-Federalists" happy.
