Mandates to mitigate need to be in place. Laws limiting locales & businesses from taking their own measures need to be rescinded.
State employees & contractors need to be mandated for vaccines.

Give them this aid by all means, but why not send them more vaccinations first and say show us a 10% increase in vax in the next month?

Or at least show us a plan.

Tell people who are getting a test they have to pay for half of it if they are unvaccinated, and by the way, we can give you the vaccination after your test comes back negative.
