Heather Cox Richardson - January 2, 2022 - Dropping some news

https://heathercoxrichardson.substack.com/p/january-2-2022?

First, former New York City Police commissioner Bernard Kerik, a high-school dropout who began a meteoric rise to prominence after working as Trump loyalist Rudy Giuliani’s chauffeur and bodyguard, delivered documents to the committee.

The documents Kerik’s lawyer delivered on Friday included a 22-page document titled "STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS PLAN—GIULIANI PRESIDENTIAL LEGAL DEFENSE TEAM.” Its subtitle was “We Have 10 Days To Execute This Plan & Certify President Trump!”

The document laid out a pressure campaign directed at “SWING STATE REPUBLICAN SENATORS—AZ, GA, MI, NV, PA, WI,” “REPULBICAN [sic] MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE, and “REPUBLICAN MEMBERS OF THE SENATE.” It laid out the false argument that the election had been stolen, offered messaging to push these false claims, and provided a list of outlets and influencers to use, including the House “Freedom Caucus” members. It called for protests around the country, including at “weak Members’ homes.”

* Repulbicans - This putrid portmanteau must be Kerik's subconscious brain fragment kicking in. He was trying to think and spell republican, but the concept of repulsive got mixed it, because of their intimate relationship of meaning. Ergo: repulbicans.

I remember Kerik being a Giuliani hack, but "high school drop out chauffeur?" That's like the slobfather's former body guard, Matthew Calamari, he hired after watching him beat up someone becoming the top executive of his Mom and Pop shop that employed twelve people, which included his three grown children-which was his qualification to be President of the United States.

Mon Jan 3, 2022, 11:44 AM
Jan 2022

The assumption was that the popular vote would be won by George W. "Let's get a beer" Bush, while Al "Let's think about what we're doing" Gore would win the electoral college. There was planned to be a hue and cry among the Repug media and leaders about how Dubya was the real winner because more people voted for him, and Gore didn't deserve to be president. We know how that turned out.

There wasn't a plan to invalidate the entire electoral process, however. The free and fair vote was still the bedrock foundation of democracy.

Why is having a written summary like this seen as a BFD?

This is what we're up against, organized attacks on our democracy, & we really need to get better at fighting back if we want to win more elections & save American democracy.

Anything less than this clear, accurate, robust sort of message is dangerous.

there is a video with Michael Cohen giving an interview, it's only 4 minutes long. He basically says to believe nothing, to dig deeper. He talks about the emails that were given to the select committee during the coup. He feels these are set ups, possibly, to throw Mark Meadows under the bus. Take everything these traitors do and say with a grain of salt.

Go check out the Cohen video.

... just as Michael Cohen says. I believe they'll sacrifice Mark Meadows if need be. But the thing is, Meadows IS guilty, just as they all are. They were all in on it.

This document that Bernie Kerik gave to the J6 committee is the blueprint for the coup, as it was laid out by Eastman in early December. Of course Kerik didn't have a hand in writing it, probably it was written by Rudy G. and the Kraken lady.

So why did Bernie Kerik's lawyer turn it over to the J6 committee? Hmmm, maybe this lawyer is secretly working for Chump. (?) I don't know. I think we should lock them all up together in the same prison cell and let them fight it out with Chump.

I say that because if Chump can ever extricate himself from this mess, it will be by him saying the WH advisors didn't tell him what they were up to. Which is of course BS, but he has no defense otherwise. If Chump is going to deflect his own guilt, it will only be to dump on somebody else. Maybe Mark Meadows? Maybe on Rudy Giuliani? I don't know.

Why is it that only the results unfavorable to the former guy are the focus of the "election fraud" nut squad? And yet, for all their thud and blunder, the only cheaters that get uncovered are folks who illegally cast ballots for the former guy. Neither of these facts seems to penetrate the narrative.
