We are not talking about currency manipulation and unfair trade practices, which, any country would try to get some economic advantage and is understandable.

China is not matured and would do things such as choking off the export of rare-earth metal on non-sense pretext. Military, it's not just about territorial dispute, it's outright blatant and aggressive territorial expansion and annexation.

name one world power that wasn't/isn't a bully.
I'm waiting to see China's Monroe Doctrine or their Platt Amendment.

Please tell me about their military bases across the globe - you know like the British or Americans.

I have no love for China but a little historical accuracy would be nice.
