Charles Franklin Barnes was not affiliated with a political party when allegedly voted twice

THE VILLAGES, Fla. – A fourth resident of The Villages has been arrested as part of an ongoing investigation into voter fraud.

Charles Franklin Barnes, 64, was booked into the Sumter County jail Tuesday night on a charge of casting more than one ballot in an election, a third-degree felony punishable by up to five years in prison.

Barnes was later released from custody on a $2,000 bond, records show.

Court records detailing Barnes’s alleged crime were not immediately available.

.......................................
Three other residents of The Villages have also been arrested recently for allegedly casting ballots in both Florida and their original home states.

John Rider, Jay Ketcik and Joan Halstead have pleaded not guilty to the charges.

.

You pick their level of assholeness, comorbidities, age, accessibility, and probability for them to spread to others.

Various factors determine whether a contact results in contraction and further decline and death.

Extra bonus points if you nail a member of the Homeowners Association or other high-ranking resident.

Just spit-balling here.

This is something that should be tracked more closely. I have known Libertarians that have argued with me that it should be allowed because they own property in multiple jurisdictions.

accuse Democrats of voter fraud. It is because it is clearly something they would do in order to win. Cheaters think everyone else is a cheater as well.

A group that grows every day. I’m not fond of NPA’s myself. It makes it impossible for parties to campaign.

during the course of several elections in Ohio, I've found that most voters registered as "independents" embrace a lot of the conservative dogma, lean R, and usually vote that way.

these days who might consider voting republican or republicans who sometimes vote Democratic. I don't think there are many people who are truly Independent or "undecided", just unwilling to reveal what they are.

Political parties have the tools to identify party affiliation even when there is no party registration. It is done here in Indiana. We have closed primary elections requiring anyone wanting to vote to select one or the other. And the info is public.

I checked Florida and it also has closed primaries. And based on what I read it would only require a person to register by the deadline for a primary to be eligible and then change it back after voting. That doesn't mean this person votes in the primaries. But if he did there would be a record.

And what they are really stating is what THEY would do in a given situation...like when they compare homosexuality to bestiality...and give away their own secret desires in the process.

Their own deep-seated self loathing is frequently expressed openly in the way they attack others. Of course, there is also the attitude that "everyone does it", but when they do it, it is justified somehow.

that psychologically allows them to justify doing corrupt things........

Exact same thing with the Evangelicals.......their religion makes them feel righteous and enables them to do whatever they wish....
even commit felonies..........

Recently sold his house on Long Island and moved down to the Villages.

Very disappointing. But then again I haven't seen him since the summer of 1973.
