Transcripts of Friday's oral arguments at the Supreme Court regarding the two OSHA mandates

At DU last Friday, I read that Chief Justice John Roberts' questioning demonstrated that he was a nitwit who obviously has no understanding of constitutional law. Later, at {a redacted site}, I read that Justice Sonia Sotomayor's questioning demonstrated that she was a nitwit who obviously has no understanding of constitutional law.

Some of the "quoted" material at DU appeared dubious. I didn't spend much time reading the "quoted" material at {the redacted site}.

These transcripts might put those claims to rest. They won't, of course, but I'm linking to them anyway.

I had looked them up earlier today.

The tendency of some DUers to post "quotes" that aren't actual quotes but are the poster's interpretation of what they heard is unfortunate.

Like the virus, some are malignant spreaders throughout society for a purpose, others because dishonesty has infected so many they think it's okay.

Others vaccinate themselves with truth.

Thanks for posting, Mahatma.
