Why does Siriusxm have Dr. Marc Siegel on Doctor Radio?

He's the Medical Director of Doctor Radio on Siriusxm while he's pushing a Viagra cure for Covid on Fox.

Is there any way for a listener to object to his presence on Siruisxm.

It damages Siriuxxm to be associated with a sometimes-crank like Marc Seigel and it certainly harms the listeners.
