That worsen the underlying disease of division infecting our country????

It seems that the filibuster is the cause of the disease of division.

The cure would be to get rid of the filibuster.

“These bills help treat the symptoms of the disease, but they do not fully address the disease itself,” she said. “And while I continue to support these bills, I will not support separate actions that worsen the underlying disease of division infecting our country.

And states will just throw out your votes . . .

is the solution. I couldn't watch all of her pathetic, faux-emotional speech.

Without voting rights, we are all fucked.

It's an anti-democratic mechanism to force minority rule by special interests that pay for a vote outcome in their favor.

It was brought to Congress by racism and slave holding interests. It will hopefully be retired to history along with the Confederate flag, both symbols and tools of oppression.

Our future will be better than this. FORWARD!
