This is very close to a "speaking indictment" that alleges more facts than necessary to plead a sufficient charge. I take that to mean DoJ is confident it can prove the facts alleged.

1/6 was what it appeared to be. A planned and coordinated attack on the Republic.

Any GOP operatives that had contact with the Oath Keepers before 1/6 should assume DoJ has - and has decrypted - their communications.

33. This is an amazing document. Should be read along with the recent

article in the NY Times Magazine "Capitol Police and the Scars of January 6" by Susan Dominus and Luke Broadwater.

No wonder it's taken a year for some of the pieces to be put together. Meticulous research and documentation. The Republican deniers in Congress should be given copies of both documents and told to go home and read.
