Friends in San Diego go to Black's Beach often.
Surely authorities are keeping people off beaches with public access though.

San Juan islands are further north and might be hit. Wave might travel down Puget Sound which is the body of water Seattle is on. But thinking islands and distance will decrease wave impact.
Edit: Just received 10am emergency alert to avoid Puget Sound beaches. Strong currents and waves.
