Roger Stone was at the Willard Hotel on the phone with the White House on Jan 5 and 6

He was also in the company of Oath Keepers.

What were the conversations among the three entities: Oath Keepers, Stone and Trump? ]They were obviously in communication.

Yes, there was planning regarding the rally. There has been no evidence presented that there was planning regarding the assault on the Capitol;

I can't believe that there wasn't plotting going on there, but I agree it will be tough to prove anything. The fact that there were members of the 1st Amendment Praetorian, a fascist paramilitary security group in the room indicate to me that they were scheming to do something more nefarious than just cheering for Trump.
