Maxwell ends fight to keep 8 'John Does' secret, court to decide whether names should be unsealed

Ghislaine Maxwell will no longer fight to keep the names of eight 'John Does' secret and will leave it to the court to decide whether the names should be unsealed, according to a letter dated January 12.

The documents are part of a 2015 defamation lawsuit against Maxwell brought by Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who claimed Jeffrey Epstein sexually abused her while she was a minor and that Maxwell aided in the abuse.

Virginia Roberts Giuffre has already said that she had no "dates" with him, although she did see him at Epstein's FL home. The 8 names that are to be released are only the ones Roberts Giuffre could prove. She had "dates" with other men that she didn't name because no proof available to her. She cannot access the photos, documents and videos that were stored on Epstein's island. The FBI has that now.

Don't forget that Roberts Giuffre is only one of the many girls and young women who were trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and (for a time) Ghislaine Maxwell. Other women may decide to come forward, and for all we know some already may have. Some of them have decided that they prefer to keep their privacy.
