If you test positive, does that mean you have COVID
or could it mean you 'had it' or were 'exposed' sometime in the past?

(14,061 posts)If you are symptomatic it can confirm it, but I would recommend following up with another test offered through your local health department. I took a home test on Friday and was surprised at the disclaimers on the package. I was also told that many DUers have had false results with the at-home tests. I had a rapid test yesterday through the state department of health.
Both came back negative, but I still feel like crap. I also found out today Ive been in close contact with someone who has it.
