Republicans want to make voting the only constitutional right that requires a photo ID, even though photos didnt exist when the right was first created.

if your paperwork isn't exactly correct. Oh and and help from elected officials on how to properly fill it out and your family can't drop it off in the mail for you, et cetera.
We're for voting rights except when we're not (or more clearly said, not for certain people who might disagree with us).

Otherwise, it amounts to a poll tax where one has to pay to vote, and that is in the constitution.
