1. I don't blame them for being mad. The airline industry needs to do its part too, in getting

ready for this technology and didn't do it. This new tech will help their customers too.

Perhaps w/ the less travel being done due to COVID, that their revenues are hurting and thus, unwilling to spend the needed money. It's like having a new locomotive on the tracks, which needs to have older tracks reinforced in order to run on the older tracks. Simply reinforce the old tracks and move on.
