is that it signals Putins belief that he wont get any more significant traction in attempting to weaken the political systems of the NATO alliance.
If he thinks he has reached a go/no-go point to invading Ukraine, then he must believe there is no more advantage to be gained in disrupting the west.

So I doubt they will fall over themselves trying to promote it.
