Is it against Senate rules for Democrats to address Manchin and Sinema with "fuck you"?

That's all I'd have to say to either of them right now. Apart from that they'd get nothing but the cold shoulder from me.

because as long as she's got a D and side with them it makes the Democrats and President Biden look weak and bad. As the Manchin he is enjoying the power to dictate.
