New Youngkin executive order on health care: "The Governor will discourage mass testing for the purposes of pre-screening, discourage asymptomatic individuals from testing, and urge healthy individuals with mild symptoms to stay home and use discretion on testing."

The 20 point Dem margin in the polls was shaved to nearly nothing on election night in NJ. A similar trend occurred in VA but the Dems didn’t start from a 20 point edge. Why the drop? Last fall the infrastructure bill hadn’t passed at the time of the elections, and Biden’s approval dropped a lot after the Afghanistan pullout. Inflation was surging and Delta was hitting hard.

Youngkin’s victory had little to do with him or McAuliffe. The Lt Governor and Attorney General who were essential unknowns, won by about the same margin as did Youngkin.

If you don’t test, you then don’t have reported cases, never mind the excess deaths as long as it’s not reported as COVID death.
