Okay, I admit it. When the news broke of Breyer's retirement, my first thought was that Biden should indulge the FU factor and nominate Anita Hill.

It would be difficult for her to sit there with Clarence Thomas and she must be closing in on 70. We need someone young, bright and willing to fight for our rights.
