8. i start losing hope when these investigations take so long....

...i realize they need some time to build a case, but if, instead of matt gaetz, they were going after some average person on the street for the same crimes, that person would be in prison already. i mean, didn't this investigation get started under barr in 2019 or 2020?

same with the january 6th investigation. we all saw with our eyes what happened that day. we see the evidence mounting that trump and his cabal planned the coup. why are these people still walking the streets? if the committee doesn't wrap this up by year's end, there might be republican rule after the mid-terms (with many people in power who should be in prison instead) and then there will be no hope of justice.

the longer they let this stuff take, the more it starts to fade from the public's minds.

I believe that it's taking so long because the investigation is widening out to potentially include "others." Who the others are, we can't say right now. But it's getting interesting!
