Colbert is a national treasure and I am going to pay more attention to Dua Lipa. Lipa has an extraordinary backstory and is very politically active and has supported Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden.

(16,179 posts)His flippant quick answer was all of us being mortal, faith always wins out
in the end and he hoped Jesus would turn out to have a sense of humor but his longer answer had to do with about identifying with the idea that love and sacrifice somehow go together, that as an Irish Catholic his favorite movie was Belfast, and that suffering was sacrifice, that humor helps us cope with sadness without giving in to fear, and not giving in to fear in a way that advances evil was a constant struggle of life
He said it much better than that.
