Judge Blocks Constitution-Challenged Glenn Youngkin on Masking in Schools

https://bluevirginia.us/2022/02/judge-temporarily-blocks-youngkins-masks-optional-in-schools-executive-order-sen-lucas-taunts-try-watching-schoolhouse-rock-one-more-time-until-you-get-it-lol

"The Court concludes that the School Boards will likely succeed on the merits of their claim that EO2 is contrary to the clear language of SB 1303."

"The single issue before the Court is whether the Governor, via his emergency powers, can override the decision of the school boards delegated to them under SB 1303. On this pivotal point, the Court concludes that the Governor cannot."

There was an article in WAPO yesterday indicating that the judge was not impressed by the schools arguments and that Youngkin could well win this case. Thank God the judge came to her senses and shut down that wannabe autocrat.
