Thiel-Backed Video Platform Rumble is doing a deal with TFG's SPAC entity
I read the SEC filings for TFG's proposed transaction with a Special Purpose Acquisition Company. SPAC deals are somewhat scammy and an entity formed by TFG with no operations or apparently assets just signed a deal with an entity sponsored by Peter Thiel who is the asshole who sued Gwaker and has financed a ton of MAGA type candidates
Trump Media & Technology Group is the shell entity that TFG is going to merge into a SPAC called Digital World Acquisition Corporation. It seems that Thiel is part of the fraud/scam and a Thiel sponsored entity is doing a deal with TFG's entity
