How much cheating is there in sports?

I mean actual, verified cheating.

Couple years ago, (maybe a year?) "60 Minutes" did a segment on how bicycles could have hidden electric motors in them.
I have a e-bike myself, but saw how easy it would be to hide the motors and batteries.
One bicycle racer was exposed, when he or she (forgot which) fell but his or her pedals and wheel kept turning far longer than inertia would have been in play.

Recently I saw how two star baseball players were refused entry into the Baseball Hall Of Fame due to steroid use.

And there are times I see football linebackers who basically are gigantic.

What about other sports?

The cheaters will always stay ahead of the policing. It's the way it's always been, even before we had steroids there was cheating going on in sports in the form of spying, using foreign objects, etc etc.

Right ow baseball is in a lockdown, that means there is no drug testing for a time. I can guarantee a good % of MLB players are cycling on steroids right now. For a marginal player it can mean the difference between not getting a contract and getting a multi million dollar deal. For a good player it can means tens of millions of dollars more for becoming an All Star.
