CLEVELAND (WJW) — Phones captured a confrontation between an unruly passenger and an airline employee that quickly escalated on board a plane waiting to take off from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport on Wednesday night.

The Frontier Airlines jetliner was waiting to depart for Phoenix when witnesses said two passengers exchanged words about the Cincinnati Bengals being in the Super Bowl. A Frontier employee intervened and told one of the men he’d had too much to drink.

The witnesses said it appeared the man was being escorted off of the plane when he lunged at the employee. ........(more)

I think people can wait a few hours without booze,or even 24 hours or 72..for fucks sake.

Nobody's allowed to smoke, in planes or buildings people got over that..booze can go too.

That was before they took away the real food and silverware, crammed everyone together and tossed a bag of chips at us.

One major German airline had their own private hot drink police at the boarding gate, confiscating hot drinks from boarding passengers, in order to force them to buy their coffee or tea on the plane. The protests and highly negative publicity put a stop to that, but it was in effect here for many months.

The ejected passenger was clearly the problem but the guy in the flag T-shirt was zero help and probably part of the escalation.
