This was a joke, and Boebert fell for it being the dim-wit she is.

- Due to House ethics rules prohibiting congress members from accepting gift cards, Boebert may have to return her prize

The guy makes the claim that AOC was the runner-up, but I doubt AOC received anything.
Perhaps this was more of a smokescreen to diffuse some of the flak he would be catching.


UPDATE: Because Republicans lack humor and creativity, I'm sure some stooge is making their version of this to get at a Democratic leader somewhere. They aren't original, except when it comes to money laundering, grifting, and cruising for those who are under-aged.
