1. My God! Did he miss the dogs and waterhoses, the police batons, the bombings, the

assassinations, and ALL OF THE JAILINGS? If those weren't "crack downs", I don't know what to call them. I realize he is too young to have witnessed any of those things (even on television) but surely he has seen pictures and videos, read about them in books.
