Can Joe Biden help to put NATO back together?
It is no easy task. After four years of Donald Trump, with his vocal support against NATO and for Putin, it was immensely weakened.
With Putin's recent threats and foray into Ukraine, it was a direct challenge to NATO. Putin may have been checking their resolve?
More than any other leader, Joe Biden was able to put NATO back together again. Putin has been rebuffed, at least for the time being.
Unlike the criticisms he received from the US exit from Afghanistan, Joe Biden gets high marks for his leadership in this Ukraine crisis.
