Judge in Daunte Wright murder

1. Kim Potter definitely looks worse for the wear. I missed the beginning so I didn't get to see what

the judge said.

Mr Wright being pulled over for having an air freshener on his mirror..
now he is dead

6. Tragic. But he was not pulled over for air freshener, expired tags is why he was pulled over.

Further, it was a routine stop UNTIL officers found that he was wanted for failing to appear on charges of illegal possession of a pistol and fleeing from police. Then, it all went to chit. Had that warrant not popped up, I think he would have gotten a ticket for expired registration and maybe air freshener.

Has to be a better way to handle these things.

I've been pulled over for expired tag and expired safety sticker.

serve 16 months and probation, time served applies

4. 24 months, will be able to get out under supervision after 16 months.

Better than nothing, I guess.
