Mexico's Ambassador to U.S. snaps Ted Putz Cruz a good one

After Ted Cruz said there is “a breakdown in the rule of law” in Mexico, their ambassador to the US responds: “I invite you to look at our elections last June. All parties accepted the results and kept moving forward to strengthen our democracy.”

"Here's the thing you have to understand about Ted Cruz," Franken wrote in the book, an excerpt of which was published by Axios. "I like Ted Cruz more than most of my other colleagues like Ted Cruz. And I hate Ted Cruz."

By the bye, does CancunCuban ever do any even vaguely “senator” stuff? Just is always barfing himself all over any mic or camera he can find. & talk about lack of any self-knowledge, what will it take for him to “get” that, not only he will *never* be president but that NOBODY *wants* him to be and he lacks all categories of intellect, grace, judgment to be it. But considering some of WHOM have actually gotten there, who knows?

There was a recent pic of him again in hunting garb/drag with a poor dog and a rifle. This time no White Boys were in the pic, the ones who are DONORS. He thinks those dudes are his friends. He just doesn’t get that NOBODY likes him and those dudes who go “hunting” with him just use him as their TOOL.

I’ve been recovering from a fall which landed me in the hospital. I was on the ground for 3 days because I didn’t have the strength to pull myself up off the floor. I’m doing OK though. Just had a doctor’s appt. She said I was recovering well.

If you ever fall get yourself up because it really affects your muscles. That’s where your body starts to eat itself when it isn’t getting food. I spent the last week of 2021 in the hospital and was discharged on Dec 31, just in time for New Years. So my New Year resolution is to get well! I’m not giving in to decrepitude just yet!

If you can find some Tai Chi classes on line - some forms have less deep dips than others, they can be gentle strengtheners, and help with balance.

I did 5, then another 5 years of 2 different forms taping of off each a year or so after consistent practice. I attribute them to helping me stay free of aches & pains at nearly 69 unless I twist something, or over lift or pull something, and that's fairly rare. I really have get back to at least a partly consistent practice.
I do occasionally do a short a qui-gong set, or a piece of the 2nd Tai chi form I learned.

And it really strengthed my ankles, which had a weakness tendency. Much better these past 35+/- years! 👍

Good Luck to your recovery!

[I want to make I keep the usually very good to excellent balance I have.

I do have half gallon & full gal of washed out milk containers filled with water = about 4+lbs & 8+ lbs

I know upper body exercises from recovering from a ripped rotator cuff muscles at around 41, and tri fractured ankle at around ?58 I can always check to make sure.

Not able to walk a lot w covid doesn't help bc it keep my weight in check. Otoh sometimes I have been only 1 meal
a day but it's a full one, so that'ss a counter balence. I can't have gained mich bc my clothes are not super tight.

If I'm repeating myself - sorry!

I do have half gallon & full gal of washed out milk containers filled with water = about 4+lbs & 8+ lbs. Been sitting in a kitchen counter corner for several years. 🙄😄
