(21,717 posts)and whatever reason. Lincoln was a pragmatist really. He did not care about slaves or brown skin people. Yeah, he did lead during the Civil War 1, but in my book that's it.

(36,478 posts)I'm embarrassed for the people I know who still support this party. Ashamed, too. It's not just politics anymore, not when one party supports white supremacy. It's a world view. How do decent people support a party that won't speak out against this?
