Reality TV led to alternative facts.

Direct line.

If you caught Putin's Security Council meeting just now it was reminiscent of loser's roundtables where he had everyone flatter him.

He learned some of these techniques I'm sure on his reality show.

Others are just good old fashioned propaganda.

It would be great if we could leverage the internet to work FOR democracy as a tool for transparency, as I believe the Biden admin has been doing.

Most recently, the equation of creationist "theory" and evolution theory. That got a lot of the ignorati thinking they are just as smart as the scientists.

Kind of gives sinners an out for their current behavior. Sort of how they yell fake news when the facts don't fit their worldview.
