I have an interest in "magical" cons like faith healing, palm reading, talking to the dead, etc. and I routinely like to see what flavors of cons the YouTube "prophets" are running, and this is big for them in a numerology sense.

For those not familiar with numerology it's the assigning of meaning to numbers. Sounds like something Evangelicals would be against, right? But if you can keep the numbers meaning something that relates to God instead of something like Tarot where cards might tell you that romance or some other earthly experience is in your future, it's okay.

In practice, what it means is religious charlatans take a number and comb through the Bible looking for that number or Bible verses that have that number and cherry-pick passages that you can then assign to a person or event, etc. Of course, you ignore any passages that don't jibe with the message you're wanting to send. Alternatively, you can go through the Bible for passages you want to assign to a person or event and somehow twist the verse numbers to somehow relate to the person or event. It's why some Evangelicals were comparing Trump to King Cyrus by noting that Trump was the 45th president, and Cyrus is talked about in Isaiah 45.

You can even be pretty loosey-goosey with the rules. One guy I watched wasn't just finding Bible verses that were in the format of 22:XX or XX:22. He found one that was 12:2 that fit his narrative so he used it.

So, Biden, not being popular in these crowds, these religious frauds cherry-picked some pretty mean Bible verses to say about him. It was actually pretty funny in its desperation especially for the ones who falsely prophesied that Trump was supposed to be reelected. They used it as PROOF(!) that their prophecies are still holding, and that he will be reinstated.

Funny thing is, it takes very little intelligence to do this. Just a searchable Bible website. I found several verses with 22 in them that applied to false prophets. The owner of the channel didn't appreciate that.
