The Supreme Court HAS NOT acted that way.

Consider all the Court rulings that went against Trump.

Just a strategic decision that Trump is not useful for their long-term plans, due to his failing mental and physical health.

where Alabama created blatant racist/partisan redistricting. Democrats sued the new map but the SC allowed the partisan map to stand using the argument that it was too close to the election to change it. I believe that was done by the shadow docket.

Yes I agree that our SC defers to the states, and in some cases that is bad. There are at least 2 SC justices who have voiced the opinion that the states have absolute authority to run their elections.

I vote in Pa. and every election more people vote Democratic and republicans keep gaining seats. My district is already bright red, I keep voting so that we only lose 6 to 1. My Rep. Glenn Thompson is worthless, he breathes methane and drinks oil and that's how he gets his campaign money. I will have to see the new map.

ps/ can't wait to vote for John Fetterman, our next Senator, a flip from Toomey.

map unconstitutional ensured all of the maps, regardless of submitter, would not be a partisan gerrymander. And, even the ones drawn up by the Rs weren't.

Time for the SC to legalize no excuse mail in voting so I can get my ballot. Can't wait.

The state constitution is pretty clear on when a voter can request an absentee ballot.

The best thing would be to get a constitutional amendment on the ballot. Even the R Commonwealth Court judge who ruled against no excuse absentee ballots said if the question was put on the ballot, it would pass overwhelmingly.

9 T voting districts to 8 H&B voting districts, so barring a flip in one of the R districts we loose a seat.
