I have friends there and this whole thing has really gotten to me.

When I lived in Upper New York there were Ukrainians who came into the store I worked in.. for Buckwheat!
I can still see their faces.

My dad's dad had a brother who may have remained there.
Also friends of my dad who probably have relatives back there.
The 2nd gen Greek American side of my family is sooo much bigger. 😄
I do keep some Ukrainian traditions, too. 👍
