For the umpteenth time, you can't take FOX News off the air, because it's not on the air to begin with. FOX News is distributed by cable and satellite. It is not a broadcast operation.

It's like "Wheel of Fortune" or "Jeopardy!" It puts together programs that it distributes to outlets that have contracted to buy the programming. It does not broadcast those programs itself. It is not a broadcast operation.

To the best of my knowledge, that is how FOX News Radio works. I don't listen to AM radio all day long, so I might not be up to speed on the latest developments. I've heard their newscasts on overnight AM radio stations, and it seems they have a channel on Sirius and XM.
