They bundle fox news into a package with their other channels and tell cable and satellite companies that they have to carry all of them none of them. This way, they get paid for every cable and satellite subscriber regardless of who watches (or wants) it. This "hidden subscriber fee" nets about $2 billion per year for Fox News.
