I've seen this compared to a kind of civil war as well as a war of aggression.

that a lot of Russians were trying to get their money out of the banks. The ruble was crashing, and dollars had become unavailable. Long lines and lots of frustration.
Oh, and Russian media is telling them things are going great, that the Ukrainians are laying down their arms and either running away or joining the Russian military.
Didnt hear much else. They aren't letting anything truthful get out.
