If we're looking for a place to house Ukrainian War refugees, Sunny Isles Beach is a good start.

There are quite a few units there whose owners are in need of eviction.

They would feel right at home. When I lived in So Fla I would go to ethnic restaurants and shops.. I was fun to eat the foods I grew up on with a Russian/Ukraine/Slovak/Polish flavor.
On Hollywood Beach broadwalk you would hear French, Spanish and Russian all the time..
Talk about a melting pot!!
