This is a big deal, things are not going according to plan for Russia, they might still take over the country, but they're getting beaten back in a lot of places right now too. Ukraine is fighting.

5. Remember Russia

barely has the GDP of some of the lesser members of the EU. It's also highly corrupt.

I think in the coming weeks, we'll find out if it's a true paper tiger or not. Ukraine just needs to hold it together for as long as possible. Russia has the logistical disadvantage of deploying and supplying troops. The longer this drags out, the harder it will be for Russia to maintain this conflict.

A poor showing for Putin could lead to Russians disposing of him like all folks do with unsuccessful dictators.
