Our intelligence are assisting Ukraine forces

by informing the movements etc of russian army from what I gather.
I have a question though, would Ukraine forces be able or invited to cross into poland or one of the other border countries and re arm or regroup and go back into Ukraine to continue the fight ?

That's why one of the Doolittle bombers that landed in Vladivostock after the raid had to be detained - Russia was not at war with Japan at that time and to allow it to return to the U.S. would have been violating its neutrality.
